Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below before placing an order:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Products such as kurta palazzo sets, A-line kurtas, and similar apparel are eligible for return only if they meet the above conditions.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged due to use, improper handling, or missing tags.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or discount (unless defective).
  • Customized or altered products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

  • In case of defective or incorrect items, return shipping charges will be covered.
  • For all other returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
